Returns, refunds & warranty policies
- If product is “damaged or faulty upon arrival”, please contact us immediately. Customer can return item for replacement or refund. We will cover resend postage.
- If customer have “changed their mind” or “ordered the wrong item”, customer can return the item for a different item (may have price difference) or receive a partial refund (minus the initial postage, even if it was free initial postage). Customer will cover return postage and resend postage.
- Customer can return an item for refund/ partial refund (depends on reasons stated above) within 30 days of purchase date. No questions asked.
- 1 year warranty period. May be extended for certain products/ listings.
- Within the warranty period, customer can return a faulty item for a new unit. Customer pays return postage. We pay resend postage.
